Dr. Alfredo Lopez is a highly accomplished OBGYN with over 32 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology at Upstate University Hospital.

He started his education with a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College before completing his residency in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Lopez has served in key leadership roles, including Chief of Service for the OBGYN department at Upstate University Hospital and Medical Director of both the Family Birth Center and the Outpatient Upstate Community Medical, P.C. His dedication to quality and excellence is further reflected in his work with the Medical Quality Council and the Labor & Delivery Committee.
