Dr. Makhlouf started his educational career with a Bachelor of Arts with a dual major in chemistry and English from Cornell University. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Science in biology from Syracuse University, before completing his Doctor of Medicine at Saint George’s University School of Medicine in the West Indies. He went on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University at Buffalo, where he served as chief resident and was responsible for clinical coverage.
A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Makhlouf is committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in women’s healthcare. Fluent in Arabic and English and proficient in French, he is proud to connect with and care for patients from diverse backgrounds.
