He began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before earning his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Rhee completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York, where he honed his expertise in comprehensive women’s healthcare.

Born in Seoul, Korea, Dr. Rhee immigrated to the United States at the age of ten and became a U.S. citizen in 1980. His diverse background allows him to connect with patients from a variety of cultural experiences.
